Surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay and vast farmland of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Bluepoint Hospitality is deeply committed to sustainable practices and ethical resourcing that ensure preservation of our local ecosystems and beyond. Our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Harley Peet, hand-selects locally harvested produce, seafood, and pasture-raised meats from Eastern Shore farms and fishermen. Through collaborative efforts with the community, Bluepoint actively minimizes waste by donating compost to local farms, returning oyster shells to the Bay, and donating leftover breads and baked goods to the non-profit, Mid-shore Council on Family Violence.
Bluepoint Hospitality is a proud member of Easton’s vibrant small-town community and aims to give back in a variety of ways each year. Amidst the global pandemic of 2020, Bluepoint Hospitality sponsored the first ever “First Responders Celebration,” gifting all women and men serving as State Troopers, Sheriff and Police officers, EMS, and in all six of the County’s volunteer fire departments with a gift card to be used at any participating local business. Other areas of philanthropy include the Talbot County Public School system, youth sports and arts programs, and the development of the Chesapeake Multicultural Resource Center.
With thirteen boutique restaurants and retail concepts in Talbot County, our team strives to create unique experiences in an atmosphere that is refined, yet never pretentious. Whether it is a great cup of coffee, a personalized book recommendation, or an exquisite meal, we are committed to providing a remarkable experience for our guests - one that is executed with excellent service, thoughtful curation, and the very finest cuisine.
